On behalf of our client, an European Thermoforming Machine Manufacturing Company, In Job New York is looking for a

Reporting to the CEO a successful candidate based in the Dallas, TX area will be responsible for developing and executing the business plan and sales strategy in order to grow current business, engage new clients and achieve high revenue growth for the company.

Main Responsibilities:
•    Ability to grow business in the US, with the support from the parent company in Europe
•    Assess market size in line with the company value proposition
•    Identify market potential leveraging on the company’s competitive advantage
•    Engage key clients with a heavy focus on senior decision makers 
•    Ability to differentiate the company’s brand and tailor value proposition to these critical influencers
•    Provide real time feedback on product development, tailored on market and client needs
•    Coordinate closely with colleagues across company’s teams
•    Represent the company at industry events throughout the US
•    Hire qualified and experienced technicians who will provide assistance and maintenance service to clients 
•    Set-up warehouse which is able to store spare parts and provide quick and efficient after-sales service 
•    Possess deep knowledge of B2B business environment and logics

•    Minimum 3 years’ of business development experience in the thermoforming, plastics processing, plastics machinery sales or related sector
•    Bilingual in Italian
•    Technical background/knowledge preferred
•    High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
•    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•    Pragmatic optimist & team player with a solutions oriented mind set
