On behalf of our client, an industrial company with innovative concepts and technologies that continuously improve project development protocols in which optics, lighting, mechanics, manufacturing and system integrations are taken into account. In Job New York is looking for a 




Reporting to the sales director the successful candidate based in Houston, TX Area will be responsible for managing and acquiring new client commercial accounts within your territory


Main Responsibilities :

  • Cold and Warm calling: making multiple calls to prospective clients, lost clients or web leads to present products and services and offer solutions to their specific needs
  • Generating proposals through the Company’s CRM; negotiating and closing deals with assigned customers via phone/email
  • Qualifying all web leads and managing assigned leads as directed by local SM/GM
  • Researching new prospective clients from web searches, trade show databases, etc.
  • Tracking quarterly KPI’s and sales metrics and achieve quarterly performance targets
  • Maintaining CRM database of client information related to employees, products of interest, competitors’ products, applications and market segments



  • High school degree or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 year of Inside Sales
  • Must be comfortable making calls and talking to new people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, relatable, persuasive, tenacious and goal-oriented
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technological solutions
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Previous CRM experience a plus.
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Motivated to Succeed
