is looking for a Pre Sales Engineer

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide detailed follow up as a technical expert for customer and advocate for company;
  • Prepare sales proposals and customer quotations based on customer needs and technical feasibility;
  • Work with Sales Function to establish and meet sales goals;
  • Present the product’s features to several customer segments, comparing and highlighting the product plus versus the competitors;
  • Support the Sales Manager during customer visits for sales support and technical presentations;
  • Follow up on sales leads and establish customer front end relationships;
  • Stay abreast on industry trends, government regulations and new product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree (as Electrical or Thermo Hydraulic).
  • Russian mother tongue, fluent in English, Italian as second language is a plus;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the heating field, especially in managing of pre-sales processes related to commercial and industrial application.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Earlier project management experience is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with other functions, especially sales, and product development;
  • Organized and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to set the right priorities;
  • Very good communication and public speaking skills.
