Fluent in English & Portuguese, with a BA in International Relations from the University of Bologna, including a year in Portugal, and a Master Degree in Human Resources, Sofia initially worked for the Italian Consulate in New York and later, briefly, with a leading telecommunications company in Milan.
In 2010 Sofia joined In Job supporting the start-up of the “professional” search division.
In 2013 she was promoted to Director of the newly opened New York subsidiary, overseeing daily operations and In Job positioning in the New York scene. In 2015 she returned to In Job Headquarters, serving as Talent Acquisition Manager, holding the responsibilities of developing talent acquisition projects. Today she's Global Account Manager, successfully leading a team of professionals.
Reliable by nature she combines attention for detail while keeping an eye on long-term strategic goals.
