Junior Recruitment Consultant

The position reports to the senior Recruitment Consultant and the aim of the role is to provide valuable administrative support by learning and supporting all the recruitment activities, full training will be provided and you will part of an International team in the hearth of London.

Our team is International with over 15 years of sectorial experience, specialize in the following functional areas:

  • Sales & Marketing 
  • Finance & Accounting
  • IT & Engineering 
  • Office team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting
  • Sourcing high calibre candidates for your clients 
  • Keeping in touch with clients to best understand their needs and maintain strong working relationships
  • Attending client meetings
  • Collaborating with payroll
  • Generating new Business leads

Requirements:

  • A recent Graduate or a 2nd jobber with some commercial or B2B/B2C sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ambitious and driven personality
  • Hunger and determination
