Our Client is a leading international premium company specialized in curtain walling. The company has a strong reputation for high quality and deep technical know-how: full cladding process from design, manufacture, delivery and site installation.

They have worked on projects ranging from £20M to £50M. Due to increasing workload in London area, on behalf of our Client, In Job UK & Ireland is looking for a




Reporting to the Project Manager and Site Engineer, this is an excellent opportunity for both senior and junior site managers specialized in curtain walling


Main Responsibilities


  • Site management of Curtain Walling Projects, Procurement and Site Installation coordination
  • Health and Safety: Participation on Health & Safety meeting; Participation Health & Safety inspections; Report of incidents/accidents
  • Managing subcontractors - Maintaining relationships with established subcontractors
  • Coordinate on site activities according to project’s plan while ensuring compliance with safety regulations /laws, environmental standards
  • Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines Build short term programs
  • Reporting - Build progress reports for management
  • Coordination between production, site and design office
  • To check all the equipment, vehicles & installation tools required to execute the works is available as per the project planning
  • Guide Quality Department in Preparing Inspection & Test Plan, Quality Control


  • The successful candidate must have cladding installation experience, SFS/window, doors & curtain walling installation.
  • Experience coordinating unique cladding/façade/external packages worth in excess of £5m
  • Proven ability in the façade UK market
  • Must have up to date certifications - SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid at Work etc.
  • Ideal Bachelor or Master in Construction Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Friendly, positive with a can-do attitude
  • Able to work in a small team and to be part of large organization
