Luxury Sales Associate

This full time permanent position requires you to assist within sales, administration, stock control, and deliveries. You will be working within a retail sales orientated environment, alongside a multidisciplinary team of design-led sales executives who provide a Bespoke Luxury service and you will report to the Managing Director. A keen interest in Interior Design would be more than beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • You will have a great understanding of the Luxury Brand; and the sales skills needed to achieve targets.
  • Meet and greet customers/clients who come into the Showroom.
  • Engage and listen to customers, using appropriate selling techniques to match their needs.
  • Ensure you are building relationships with new and existing customers/clients.
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
  • Offer technical support and information about the products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock control.
  • Identify customer complaints and service suggestions to improve standards and objections.
  • Provide support at all times to other departments regarding operational objectives, administrative duties and specifically in Graphic Design.

Requirements

  • Technical skills – (Our client is equipped with MAC Computers with these software’s)
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • AutoCAD (Preferable)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Graphic Design (beneficial)
  • Luxury Retail Sales experience or relevant customer related sales experience
  • Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand the Luxury Market, analyses and detect customer needs;
  • Proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to handle stress and stay motivated

We offer

  • Starting Salary 20-21K Basic Annual (Potential increase following completion of probation)
  • Full Time Permanent Position – Monday to Saturday, with one day off (5 days a week 9.15-6pm)
  • Ongoing position after a 6 month probationary period.
