The position reports to the Managing Director and will deal with the sale of software products industry related across the worldwide market, this is a great opportunity for a high-energy person, hands-on sales

Main Responsibilities:

The Sales Managers responsibilities include achieving & maintaining a high level of branch service, quality & performance. This is a position that requires the practical implementation of initiatives.

  • Ability to sell industry-related software products to small, medium-large companies
  • Knowledge of software production process
  • Knowledge of production processes with Continuous Numerical Control Machines (preferable cutting)
  • Ability to develop and manage a sales plan with budget and scope
  • Ability to ensure orders, inquiries, invoices, correspondence & other paperwork to be accurate & adhere to Company policies & procedures
  • Drive Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, invoice and inquiry growth initiatives
  • Negotiating the terms of an Agreement and closing sales
  • Ability to network with clients and distributors for acquiring new business contacts and keep strong relationships via phone calls, emails and face to face.
  • Ability to identify the correct people in the organizations to ensure delivery of high-quality services
  • Ability to investigate customers’ needs and requirements and to transfer them to the development team
  • Knowledge of e-commerce sales processes
  • Marketing activities: follow-up with customers, prepare marketing materials, technical reports and proposals and represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and upselling special promotions.
  • Ability to gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends and identifying new markets and business opportunities
  • Develop marketing and account strategies to increase revenue
  • Experience in omni-channel contacts technologies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of field sales
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Results driven
  • Availability to travel world-wide
  • Languages: English, (Chinese, Spanish) preferable
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Previous management experience with proven track record
  • A highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional
  • A proven record of negotiating and securing new business

We offer:

  • 25k to 30k basic salary plus commission
  • 28 days of annual leave including bank holidays
