Sales Manager/Business Development Manager

The position will be reporting directly to de CEO of the company, on this role you will be expected to generate leads and acquired new clients within the UK market.

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities to achieve ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
  • Securing new retail and private property projects as well as having a healthy existing client base.
  • Proactively find new opportunities & bringing this to the team.
  • Generate leads, building and managing your sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on marketing generated leads.
  • Keep up to date with trends to help identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Write targeted emails to generate interest in the product.
  • Negotiate with prospects, and ultimately secure the business.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or formal recognised sales training.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in business development for construction business(High End Res Hotels etc)
  • You should have excellent construction industry knowledge and the drive and ambition to grow a construction company.
  • Commercially minded with an analytical, solutions-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, driven and a relentless relationship builder.
  • Smart, inquisitive and willing to proactively get stuck in.
  • Sales success in architectural design-construction industries.

We offer:

  • 35 to 40K depending on experience
