ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Located in Fitzroy Street, London.

Working within the Administration Office department, you will be reporting to the accountant;

The main purpose of the position is to maintain the Purchase Ledger to enable accurate and timely payments to suppliers for goods and services properly received.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering queries raised by suppliers on purchase invoices and payments;
  • Entering and maintaining purchase orders in the accounting system;
  • Checking purchase invoices against orders and obtaining relevant authorisations;
  • Assist and cover Senior Accounts Administrator when necessary;
  • Assist as required with all other aspects of our client’s Administration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts preferably in Building & Construction;
  • PC Literate – Word/Excel with strong numerical skills;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • The ability to work on your own and as a part of a team;
  • Organised, reliable and efficient;
  • Attention to detail.
