Multicultural team

When going through internationalization process, every company necessarily comes into contact with different realities, each of which requires specific modes of interaction.

The fact that culture plays a decisive role amongst the multiple variables that define a company's environment is often overlooked. This is why it is fundamental for the company's consultant in this process to be able to understand the multiple facets of a cultural reality that is completely different from the company's own.

The recruiting industry requires specific skills which, in a world of work that is increasingly globalized, often evolve at the same speed as linguistic abilities.

Today, the job market needs professionals who are capable of interacting with a range of international realities and are aware of different traditions and mentalities. Willingness to relocate has also become indispensable.

At In Job, we are fully convinced of the importance of surveying these skills. This is why in 2013 we created a team of 10 resources with considerable language skills and experience in recruiting, scouting, screening and directly searching for qualified candidates. A talent pool which, through a well-established recruitment method, is able to understand and assess the essential elements of a job description starting with the initial contact: real language skills, for example, and a candidate's motivation, with the goal of significantly reducing search duration.

Our offices reflect our mission: developing careers. They are cutting edge structures, spaces that welcome candidates and companies, featuring classrooms devoted to professional training courses.
We have embraced the “think global, act local” philosophy by managing our branches abroad as an integrated network. We connect anywhere, at any time. We have no geographical or hierarchical barriers, to ensure simple and rapid communication.
Our network of 65,000 professionals residing in various countries worldwide has local market experience and knowledge. Indeed, cultural awareness is a fundamental prerequisite to understand the demand of a specific region, and a source of inspiration to innovate and diversify local services.
