On behalf of our Client, one of the world’s leading company in the packaging industry, In Job Florida is looking for a:

 

SALES MANAGER (WEST COAST)

 

The position reports to the US DIRECTOR and will develop the brand in the states of the West Coast (California, Oregon and Washington).

 

 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the performance and development of the customer.
  • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Manages activities aimed to commercial expansion, construction and management of contracts and customer management
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Estimates the sales budget for his area.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Update CRM
  • Elaborate and update continuously all commercial conditions with the customer’s base per the market dynamics
  • Signing and leads contracts.
  • Organize and participate in fairs in his area.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing or related career.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales packaging/ beverage industry
  • Travel 75% of the time
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Italian will be considered as a plus

     

    We offer:  

  • $$65K - $80K
  • Bonus
  • Travel expenses
