On behalf of our client, an Italian glass lighting manufacturer, In Job New York is looking for an

OFFICE MANAGER

Reporting to the CEO, a successful candidate based in Edison, NJ will be responsible for supervising the company’s administrative office functions for their US office

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as right hand person to CEO – schedule management, travel arrangements, etc
  • Supervise warehouse operations ensuring that logistics process is fluent and efficient
  • Oversee customer service process making sure clients are serviced in the best manner possible
  • Oversee accounting process from an administrative standpoint and participate in special projects for accounting when needed
  • Review, approve and place orders for office supplies, track inventory and coordinate facility maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Office Manager, Office Administrator or Executive Administrative Assistant roles
  • Strong Customer Service background and excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV 2015
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word
