To join our team located in New York, In Job New York is looking for a
Reporting to the Director of the branch, a successful candidate based in New York, NY will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of clients in order to generate orders from prospects/clients.
- Create new business opportunities within B2B temp & perm recruitment services
- Act as a brand ambassador supporting the creation of brand awareness in the local market
- Preparation, submission, negotiation and closing of commercial agreements
- Manage assigned accounts from kick off meetings, conference calls & consulting
- Cold-calling, prospect meetings, networking, door-knocking, etc.
- Work closely with the recruiters in order to successfully place the right candidates
- 1-3 years of business development (sales) experience in the NYC tri-state area
- Ability to build strong relationships with potential and existing clients in order to guarantee relevant business opportunities
- Goal oriented person with excellent communication skills
- A previous experience in a staffing agency is required
- Working for an international company, dealing with top brands at a global level
- Ongoing international training
