On behalf of our client, an international FMCG (food) company, In Job Russia is looking for an

OFFICE MANAGER

who will report directly to the General Manager and will organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, etc
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Contact with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • General support to import and accounting department while on holidays, sick leave, etc

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a small/medium company (imported goods)
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English required
