is looking for a HR specialist (Stupino)

Main responsibilities:

  • Recruitment across all functions, including low level positions
  • Full cycle of recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to job offer negotiationsImplement the staff recognition scheme
  • Sourcing of passive candidates through referrals, networking, social media, etc.Interacting with Line managers to understand recruitment demands and profile requirements
  • Conducting job fairs for studentsSupporting new hires adaptation, on-boarding implementTo carry out senior staff inductions
  • To make recommendations and implement training programs as appropriate
  • To develop and manage staff communication procedures
  • Development: implement principle “right people right place”
  • Capability building plans creating and find best learning and development solutions
  • Succession planning
  • Performance Management: drive performance culture in assigned functions (goals setting, calibration sessions, manage low performers)
  • Support performance improvement, employee relations and action planning
  • Participations in various Global HR projects


  • Must have experience of a manufacturing or retail environment
  • Sound knowledge of managing change especially business restructuring and cultural transformation
  • Sound experience of implementing teambuilding programmes.
  • Strong experience of managing employee relations and workers conditions.
  • Good experience of working with and influencing senior managers.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Commercially astute, able to link people strategies with financial performance.Initiative
  • Strong integrity, honesty and focus on business ethics
  • Teamplayer
  • Strong presentation skills
