After rapidly expanding and consolidating our business in Italy we decided to embark on an ambitious internationalisation project, expanding to other continents. In 2013 we opened our first overseas branches, with Moscow, Warsaw and New York being our first destinations.
We chose Moscow as our hub in Russia for its importance as a financial centre and the beating heart of Russia’s economy.
In 2014 we consolidated our presence in the United States with our Miami office and approached the Chinese market, forming a partnership with a local company. In 2015 we consolidated this foothold in China, forming our direct legal branch and opening a Career Centre in Shanghai.
We are represented across 3 continents with offices in Europe, America and Asia. We enjoy taking on new goals and challenges and for this reason our expansion project is continually evolving both in Europe and in developing countries.
Right from the beginning of our internationalisation process we have been committed to embracing the philosophy of “think global, act local”, responding both to local and international needs. In fact thanks to an in-depth knowledge of the cultures and traditions of different countries, we are able to support our clients in identifying the leading talent and specialists in a given field.
