On behalf of our client, an international system & service supplier for the stationary industry with HQ in Italy and branches in Germany, UK, France, Spain, and USA, In Job is looking for :


The Düsseldorf based role requires a close collaboration with the Italian HQ. The Managing Director of the German branch along with the Managing Directors of the other international subsidiaries will be part of a dynamic team that will share knowledge and best practices of their respective Countries with the aim to generate and strengthen new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute corporate development strategy and sales plan
  • Set target for short, mid, long term
  • Promote new business strategies and acquire new national clients operating in the areas of business and brands B2B and B2C
  • Restructure and develop in –house and sales team
  • Provide monthly update to the Headquarters with regard to sales performance, actions, marketing activities and plans
  • Manage warehouse, sales, communication, marketing program and processes


  • 5 years minimum related experience of general management with people managment
  • Hands on approach, especially during the initial stage of restructuring and development
  • Superior organizational skills,  great communicator and a proven ability to keep projects moving forward
  • Experience in stationery and books market preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Native German speaker, fluent English
