On behalf of our client, an internationally renowned architecture, interior and product design practice, In Job is looking for:


The professional will be based in the Milan office and speak and write fluent German.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Ceo with the recruitment process, from the position approval, postings, arranging interviews, to preparing offers to selected candidates
  • Handling employee relations issues, including performance improvement, policy interpretation, and solving employee complaints, etc.
  • Ensuring the personnel files are properly completed for each employee and database is current on relevant changes and details
  • Preparing and amending employee contracts independently as well as any required documentation for mutual agreements, resignations and terminations etc. in cooperation with the Ceo, when needed
  • Collaborating on payroll processes with external payroll provider
  • Managing and monitoring Social HR \ Linkedin


  • Bachelors’ degree in HR or Economics
  • 1 or 2 years of relevant work experience as HR generalist or specialist
  • Fluency in German both written and oral, good English
  • Excellent computer skills (MS-Office)
  • Able to handle multiple and changing priorities as well as ability to work independently
  • Loyal professional, commitment to build a long term relationship with the new organisation
