On behalf of our Client, a high-end furniture manufacturer, In Job is looking for 

Finance and Administration Manager

The position reports functionally to Group Controller and hierarchically to France Country Manager. He/she will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations, providing leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting activities of the company. He/she will support the local and the HQ Management in the daily tasks.


Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare budget, forecast and reporting files on a monthly bases
  • Ensure the monthly reporting in due time in compliance with HQ finance policies and relevant local regulations
  • Manage and coordinate all operational accounting processes for the ledgers of France including timely and accurate posting of all transactions, payments, VAT etc. and leading the respective finance team
  • Analyze the financial statements on a monthly bases and report on variances
  • Manage relations with accounting & fiscal consultant and statutory auditors
  • HR and Payroll Activities (external consultant)
  • Manage relations with banks and third parties (lawyer, consultants, general services)

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the role
  • Economical Degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to develop, implement and improve complex project processes (ERP, Reporting package, Analysis, ecc.)
  • Analytical skills
  • English or Italian is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Navision and Hyperion is not mandatory but desidered
