On behalf of our client, Injob Shanghai is looking for a



  • Find and develop new potential customers in the area to promote rubber additives, plastic and latex
  • Take over the key customers in responsible area and maintain good relationship,increase sales
  • Visit and follow up potential customers and making report regularly
  • Make efforts to convert potential into actual in short time and enter into sales period. Establish customer database
  • Responsibility of pricing and quotation to customers
  • Key projects monitoring and following
  • Fulfill sales budget, follow up payment status and finish payment in time
  • Follow up customer complaints, assist customer service and fulfill improvements programs
  • Collect and feedback competitor’s info. regularly
  • Promote brand awareness in the responsible area
  • Finish all other works assigned by Division Manager


  • Bacheor degree or above; graduated from chemistry or Chemical engineering
  • 5 years sales experience of promoting in rubber, rubber additives or plastic additives, two years as a technician
  • Be familiar with many brands and products in rubber industry
  • Self-motivated and strong self-learning capability. Strong skills of coordination and communication
  • Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer application (interview will be done in English)
  • Willing to travel for business frequently
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Have driving license
