Exiting Central London based role with a mix of sales, negotiation and new business development, with a focus on building strong professional relationships with clients across several industries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be the brand ambassador supporting the creation of brand awareness in the local market
  • Proactively contributing to the development and growth of the business within temp & perm recruitment services
  • Preparation, submission, negotiation and closing of commercial agreements
  • Gain new business from prospective clients and leverage the business with current clients by cold calling and attending networking events
  • Arrange and attend meetings with existing and new clients
  • Negotiate the best offer between both parties e.g. salary, benefits, relocation packages, etc.


  • Native English speaker, a second language will be considered an asset
  • Min. 2 years of experience as Business Developer with a solid career history and a proven track record selling services (for example: HR, Recruitment, IT, Insurance ….)
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish professional credibility and build strong relationship with both clients and candidates
  • Energy and ability to manage workload, handle constantly changing priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Goal oriented person with excellent communication skills, ability and right attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree
